Educational Requirement

15–20 years of progressive experience in HR & Administration within garments/RMG/textile sectors in Bangladesh is a MUST.

Hands-on experience with ERP/HRIS implementations and digital HR transformations.

Formulate and execute group-wide HR strategy aligned with business objectives

Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement
Prepare regular HR & admin dashboards and reports for executives and board members
Interface with government agencies, legal advisors, buyers, and vendors
Support CSR and ESG initiatives as per corporate and buyer requirements
