Responsibilities

The candidate must have a minimum of 17 years’ experience and be skilled & technically sound in the garment field.Capable of handling the washing process, practical knowledge of enzyme wash, normal garment wash, acid wash, stone wash, GSM treatment, and denim wash.Provide trend analysis of colors, styles, & design presentation for product development. Cover the whole product range from the style analysis up to the garment, ensuring correct fabrics & garment construction and value additionFollow up on production at every section of the wet/dry process and take responsibility for quality and timely execution of the delivery. Communicate with the merchandisers to get better understanding of each of their target market & affordability of finish, etc.Any other duties/responsibilities as and when assigned.
The above position is based in a factory located in Islampur, Gazipur.
