Educational Requirement : Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Fashion Designing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Other Requirement : Eligibility Criteria
  • Recent graduate in Fashion Design or Textile Technology from a recognized institution.
  • Basic knowledge or coursework in Pattern Making or Garment Construction Technology is a plus.
  • Prior training or exposure to 3D design software (such as CLO or OPTITEX) will be an added advantage.
  • Passionate about 3D fashion technology and eager to learn in a practical, fast-paced environment.
  • Should be comfortable working on both Mac and Windows platforms.

Interns will be guided by a dedicated supervisor and supported by experienced mentors to help shape their individual career paths in a dynamic and innovative environment.Our internship program will provide you with an orientation tailored to the length of your placement, giving you real insights into the 3D Technical Designer function of a multinational industry leader. Depending on your performance and headcount availability there will be opportunity for retention as permanent at the end of the program.Duration of Internship: 3 months – 9 months.Learning Opportunities
  • Gain hands-on experience in creating 3D garments and animations using CLO software.
  • Learn how to convert design concepts into 3D patterns and virtual prototypes.
  • Understand the virtual fitting process and how to make technical adjustments on 3D models.
  • Develop skills in updating 3D designs with real-time corrections and refinements.
  • Explore techniques to analyze fabric usage and contribute to sustainable design solutions.
  • Observe and participate in time and efficiency studies within digital design workflows.
  • Build communication skills by supporting 3D-related discussions with internal teams and customers.
  • Learn how to review tech packs and translate key design elements into accurate 3D outputs.
  • Gain exposure to quality assurance processes and production coordination.
  • Understand the importance of ethical practices and teamwork in a professional design environment.
