:
Proven sales experience of at least 1-3 years in FMCG sales, preferably in packaged food products.
Basic understanding of inventory management and sales tracking
Knowledge of retail merchandising and visual display techniques
Must be willing to travel within assigned routes and markets. Frequent visits to modern trade outlets (e.g., Agora, Shwapno, Meena Bazar, etc.).

Responsibilities
:
A renowned multinational organization in FMCG Industry in Bangladesh is looking for Merchandiser.Responsibilities:
Ensure the availability and proper display of products in assigned modern trade outlets (e.g., superstores, hypermarkets, chain shops, and wet market).
Closely monitor inventory levels and proactively coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure optimal stock availability, preventing both stockouts and overstock situations at the outlet/store level.
Implement promotional activities and ensure accurate placement of POS materials.
Track competitor activities and provide timely market intelligence to the sales and marketing teams.
Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards and gather feedback on stock rotation, expiry, and consumer response.
Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff and managers to ensure premium shelf space and timely execution of trade initiatives.
Support the execution of new product launches and seasonal campaigns at the store level.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on stock levels, competitor activity, and promotional performance.
