Worked as Team Leader and motivate team members to achieve team sales target’s ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
Ability to take the challenge to achieve the sales target.
Excellent communication skills in Bengali & English, both written and oral.
Must be self-motivated and dynamic. Computer knowledge is the must.
