While recruited under PARI’s portfolio, the role will be based in Dhaka at TAI’s South Asia Office. The Manager will also work closely with the TAI South Asia Lead to assist in designing innovative enterprise models, exploring blended finance opportunities, and strengthening TAI’s broader network of social enterprises across Bangladesh.This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional eager to build a career in social enterprise development, market systems transformation, and innovative financing.Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic and technical guidance to the M4L project team, focusing on enterprise and entrepreneur development, and business model innovation.
Lead the value chain development, business planning, marketing strategies, and financial sustainability initiatives for target enterprises.
Build the capacity of project staff through training and mentoring.
Conduct regular project visits to monitor and ensure that enterprise operations are progressing as planned.
Manage the collection, analysis, and reporting of business data to support effective monitoring of enterprise-related outcomes and impact.
Organize and facilitate visits for visitors and impact investors to showcase enterprise initiatives.
Contribute to knowledge exchange among TAI partners by documenting, synthesizing, and sharing best practices and lessons learned.
Contribute to the development of concept notes, business plans, investment pitches, and funding proposals to attract blended finance, catalytic funding, and/or impact investment.
