Responsibilities
:
· Develop & implement effective sales strategies· lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales target· Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution of sales plans· Monitor and analyze performance matrix and suggest improvements· Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly sales plan and monitored properly to achieve the sales target.· Analyze competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies· Assist with the promotional activities of the company, including Sales activations, brand activations & events, etc., to ensure adequate market awareness for our products· Prepare monthly and annual sales forecast· Coordinate with Marketing, Accounts, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams· Provide on time effective solutions of field force· Build and maintain relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors· Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis· Training, development & monitoring of sales & distribution personnel
