Responsibilities |

Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat.Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, and Facebook Messenger.Provide technical and non-technical support related to our products and services.Maintain customer records, update CRM systems, and track support tickets.Coordinate with the technical team to resolve customer issues efficiently.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional communication.Assist in troubleshooting VoIP, CRM, Bulk SMS and call center solutions.Generate reports on customer feedback and support activities.Collect potential leads from Facebook Page, LinkedIn, and Google, and make cold calls to introduce our services. |
