| Responsibilities |

Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:Create and execute targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market penetration for locks and hardware products.Monitor market trends and customer preferences to identify new opportunities, ensuring that sales strategies remain relevant and effective.Organize seasonal promotions and marketing campaigns to boost sales and brand visibility for lock and hardware products.Inspire, lead, and manage the sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets. Provide guidance to maintain a high-performing team environment.Conduct ongoing training for the sales team, focusing on product knowledge, effective sales techniques, and exceptional customer service.Establish individual and team performance objectives, conduct regular reviews, and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.Develop strong connections with key clients, including wholesalers, retailers, and distributors, ensuring long-term partnerships.Regularly visit clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and explore opportunities for business expansion.Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, fostering positive relationships and client retention.Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts to senior management, offering actionable recommendations.Keep a close eye on competitor activities and market conditions to ensure the company stays competitive and strategically positioned.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and ensure that goals are consistently met. |
