The company is inviting application for its Real Estate Division from the right candidates to fill up the below mentioned position for immediate appointment.Job Description/ Responsibilities:
Must be capable to achieve the respective sales target.
Identify potential market along with new sales opportunities.
Implementation of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly action plan to achieve respective sales target.
Maintain sales and customer information and report to the respective supervisor
Participating in negotiations & bringing deals to a closure.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Should be self-motivated, hardworking and ready to work under pressure.
Willingness to work beyond general working hours.
