Be knowledgeable about the home appliances and kitchenware products.
Act as a bridge between the company and its existing and potential customers.
Present the product or service favorably and in a structured professional way, face-to-face.
Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating the outlet list regular basis.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with all business partners.
Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion to the business.
Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
Set and maintain sales target goals.
Keep up with current sales trends.
Take care of customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
Check the quantities of products on display and in stock
Maintain proper sales documentation.
