    Responsibilities : A renowned multinational FMCG company is looking for Trade Marketing Supervisor (TMS).
  • Job Type: Contractual, (Renewable)
    • Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement market-specific plans for Existing Adult Smoker (EAS) activation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Trade Loyalty Program (TLP) retailers and manage loyalty strategies.
  • Lead and mentor the Brand Activation (BA) team, ensuring effective execution of activation programs.
  • Drive sales volume targets for TLP outlets and identify business growth opportunities.
  • Analyze performance data and prepare detailed reports on trade activation and loyalty programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and promote ethical behavior within the team.
  • Conduct regular field visits to ensure execution excellence, gather market intelligence, and support front-line staff.
  • Conducting retailer advocacy, managing quarterly reward disbursement, and handling other relevant tasks.
