Educational Requirement : Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering  Bachelor’s Degree in Civil .
Other Requirement :
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in construction and PEB (pre-engineered buildings) sector.
  • Strong understanding of steel building systems, structural elements, and construction processes.
  • Proven track record of converting leads into successful deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales tracking systems.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel country wide as required.
  • Prior experience in dealing with industrial, commercial, or warehouse building projects.
  • Knowledge of local building regulations and standards.
  • Familiarity with Auto CAD or construction estimation software is a plus.

  • Responsibilities : Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer with a background in civil / mechanical who wants to grow in the construction and pre-engineered steel building (PEB) sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and converting qualified leads into successful deals. This role demands technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.Responsibilities:
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions aligned with company offerings.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients.
  • Convert leads into contracts by negotiating and closing deals.
  • Coordinate with engineering and project management teams to ensure proper project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to refine sales strategy.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports to management.
