  • Responsibilities : Department: Sales & Business DevelopmentReports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Managing DirectorKey Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets across all product lines aligned with company objectives.
  • Define market segmentation, go-to-market plans, and competitive positioning.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Identify growth opportunities in key sectors (government, BFSI, telecom, large enterprise).
  • Oversee opportunity pipeline, deal progression, and accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Track sales performance and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle – from lead generation to contract closure
  • Customer & Vendor Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with principal vendors (Oracle, Cisco, NetApp, Palo-Alto Networks, Fortinet, Dell, HPE) to manage pipelines, co-sell initiatives, and partner programs.
  • Engage in high-level solution presentations, negotiations, and business development discussions.
  • Collaboration & Alignment:
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, technical pre-sales, delivery, and support teams to ensure smooth customer engagement and fulfillment.
  • Drive alignment between direct sales, channel partners, and system integrators.
  • Tender and Government Project Engagement
  • Lead the response process for government tenders and RFPs, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
  • Stay updated on public sector procurement processes and regulatory guidelines in Bangladesh.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Set sales targets and KPIs; monitor performance and coach the team accordingly
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
