Working experience in a Multi-storied Commercial/Residential building as Maintenance Person-nel will be an extra qualification.
Should have good operation and maintenance knowledge about 11/0.4 KV Transformer, Gen-erator, Lift, Water pumps, reticulated gas system, CCTV & Fire Fighting system.
Should have supervisory capability.
Good computer skill in MS Office

Responsibilities

Job Description / Responsibility
Overall responsibility of all utility and safety/security system monitoring, trouble shooting and Maintenance.
Building Inspection, Supervision of Caretaker, Security guards & cleaners.
Normal office works and assisting General Secretary and Finance secretary in all office works and financial works respectively.
Keeping maintenance and inventory records
Any other work as directed by Executive committee
