Responsibilities
:
We are looking for a dynamic Production Manager who will be responsible for the Jacquard Department in a Sweater Factory.Job location will be Jamgora, Ashulia, Savar.
Jacquard Programming in a competent way / correctly with problem-solving capacity (SHIMA SEIKI, Beworth, RUINING TIGER).
Candidate should have experience in programming related to SHIMA SEIKI, Beworth, and RUINING TIGER brand jacquard machines.
The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring 100% utilization of the knitting capacity of the factory.
Guide the team to prepare a knitting plan according to fabric TNA (Time and Action) and coordinate with the planning team to ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD).
Maintain close coordination with external factory & other stakeholders, production & planning teams to ensure TNA/OTD.
Collaborate closely with internal marketing and external factory technical teams to develop innovations, follow fashion trends, and meet the special requirements of buyers.
Plan and direct activities such as coordinating with other department heads as required.
Review complaint trends and product/component failure analysis; review corrective actions with appropriate personnel.
On-time delivery of the goods to the linking section.
Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
