Strong understanding of steel building systems, structural elements, and construction processes.
Proven track record of converting leads into successful deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales tracking systems.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
Prior experience in dealing with industrial, commercial, or warehouse building projects.
Knowledge of local building regulations and standards.
