Experience in sales and marketing (Seed industry preferred).
Must possess a valid motorcycle driving license.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain dealer/ customer relationships.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital communication tools.

We are looking for young, capable, energetic, dynamic, motivated change makers to promote our sales initiatives.
Initiate promotional activities such as pre-sowing campaigns, Farmer Training Programs.
Plan, track and follow-up demo sites on regular basis.
Actively manage relationships with key influencers, Distributors, dealers and Retailers.
Focus on accurate and timely planning, placement, product liquidation and collections.
Plan and ensure that the right product is available on shelf at the right time and right quantity.
Support a strong channel engagement and campaign plan along with executing market strategy for effective business success.
Achieve monthly sales targets and objectives of the territory as per budget.
Accountable for collections from all customers in the sales region.
Routinely update the supervisor about any information, suggestions, or criticism related to the activity results of the territory.
Submit all scheduled reports and expense bills on time.
