Responsibilities
:
Recover overdue bills from credit customers (MLO & Freight Forwarders).
Ensure reinforcement of collection activities through sending reminder letter to default customers, e-mail correspondence & phone call monitoring on a regular basis
Ensure necessary effective procedures for recovery against most problematic customers.
Work with operations, Billing and Accounts Department to analyze the real position.
Conduct regular scheduled field visit, follow-up overdue customers and report to the CFO and Head of Billing on present status.
Ensure proper documentation and appropriate filling of all customers.
Prepare monthly & annual reports showing Customer outstanding, ageing analysis and average collection period.
Review regularly all daily mails received from customers regarding payment and other associated matters and taking necessary steps to resolve those issues.
Reconcile payment received from customers with bank statements on regular basis.
Ensure credit balance with each customer through sending credit confirmation advice to all customers on timely basis and reconcile the same with receivable register.
Develop and implement an effective and efficient credit approval process that properly addresses customer’s character and capacity to reduce credit risk
Any others tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Context:
The position is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with all customers and reinforcing collection from regular and overdue customers (such as MLO/Freight Forwarder/C&F) on a timely basis.
