Responsibilities
:
Technical Leadership & Architecture• Design and architect private blockchain networks tailored to enterprise requirements• Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain platforms (Hyperledger Fabric, R3 Corda, Quorum, etc.)• Develop consensus mechanisms and governance models for private networks• Create technical specifications and system architecture documentationDevelopment & Implementation• Build and deploy smart contracts and chaincode for private blockchain platforms• Implement identity and access management systems for permissioned networks• Develop APIs and integration layers for blockchain network connectivity• Configure and optimize network performance, scalability, and security parametersSecurity & Compliance• Implement robust security frameworks including encryption, digital signatures, and key management• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards• Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments of blockchain infrastructure• Design privacy-preserving mechanisms and confidential transactionsOperations & Maintenance• Monitor network performance, transaction throughput, and system health• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production environments• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and high availability solutions
