  • Responsibilities :
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a very professional manner.
  • Identify customer needs, analyze the information and provide satisfactory solutions.
  • Build sustainable relationship and engage customer effectively.
  • Be ready to sell products when the opportunity arises.
  • Answer inquiries by sharing required information politely.
  • Keep record of all conversations in the call center database.
  • Greet and welcome guests/visitors/employees in person or on telephone.
  • Direct and guide visitors to the appropriate employees of the office.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily courier documents.
