Graduate in any discipline from any reputed university.

Responsibilities
:
Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a very professional manner.
Identify customer needs, analyze the information and provide satisfactory solutions.
Build sustainable relationship and engage customer effectively.
Be ready to sell products when the opportunity arises.
Answer inquiries by sharing required information politely.
Keep record of all conversations in the call center database.
Greet and welcome guests/visitors/employees in person or on telephone.
Direct and guide visitors to the appropriate employees of the office.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Receive, sort and distribute daily courier documents.
