  • Communicate throughout the organization and ensure every talent within the organization across all offices is crystal clear of all compensation & benefits provided by the company.
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting processes across all offices in Bangladesh.
  • Differentiate ourselves from the local market by 1 of our 10 Commandments “HR Centric vs. Bean counters”, Recruit the best & retain, retain, and retain.
  • Strictly enforcing compliance with our recruiting security standards such as reference checks & background verification.
  • Ensure an effective orientation process which includes defining Catalyst Solutions belief system and protocols.
  • Conduct and facilitate training programs for all levels of associates as per the company's needs.
  • Evaluate performance reports/ scorecards of the talents.
  • Collaborate with the extended HR team to identify/add additional benefits that are unique and that challenge the marketplace.
  • Conduct 1 to 1 meetings with the existing talents to motivate, guide, and coach them to develop their career.
  • Guide & coach our talents to align with our mindset and protocols.
  • LOVE hard work & PLAY & have FUN – incorporate social extracurricular activities to align with our 10 Commandments.
  • Diligently enforce company leave policies such as PTO, various leaves, and so forth.
  • Direct disciplinary procedures when required.
  • Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism, sick calls, and turnover.
  • Represent Catalyst Solutions in a positive, professional manner at all times.
