  • Knowledge of labor laws, payroll processing, and factory administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS/ERP systems.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Experience in Tobacco Re-drying factory or tobacco sector will get preference.

  • Human Resources (HR) Duties:
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and attendance systems.
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll inputs (leaves, overtimes, absences).
  • Support in performance appraisals, training coordination, and employee engagement activities.
  • Monitor and enforce HR policies, code of conduct, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Handle employee grievances and coordinate resolution with management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and internal audit requirements.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Manage office supplies, utilities, and facility services.
  • Oversee security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • Coordinate visitor management, transport, and accommodation arrangements.
  • Maintain documentation for licenses, contracts, and legal records.
  • Support audit preparations, insurance renewals, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, travel, events, and compliance inspections.
