1–2 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, or NGO sector preferred
Freshers with strong communication and networking skills are also encouraged to apply

Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to meet financial targets
Identify and engage potential donors (individuals, corporates, and institutions)
Draft grant proposals, donation appeals, and campaign materials
Organize fundraising events, donation drives, and awareness campaigns
Maintain and update the donor database, ensure regular communication and reporting
Coordinate with internal teams to promote fundraising via social media and digital platforms
Prepare regular reports on fundraising activities and donor engagement
