Good knowledge in sweater production and planning.
Need to achieve day to day target production as per given plan.
Assess, evaluate and seek for ways to increase operation efficiency through continuous process improvement.
Constantly review and evaluate current policies and practices and implement changes to operating procedures when the need arises.
Will be responsible for all activities in sweater production.
Ensure optimum utilization of man and machine.
To review production plan with capacity & strength.
Ensure line balancing as per layout, time and motion study for all styles.
