As we expand in Bangladesh, we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help grow our host base, build partnerships, and strengthen our local presence.Role Overview:As a Business Development Manager, you will lead efforts to recruit, manage, and retain talented streamers (hosts), form strategic partnerships, and work closely with internal teams to drive growth. You’ll play a key role in expanding Migo Live’s footprint in Bangladesh, ensuring quality content and high engagement from local audiences.Key Responsibilities:
Recruit hosts and agencies with strong streaming potential or existing online presence
Identify, approach, and build relationships with content creators, influencers, and social media personalities
Manage and monitor host performance to ensure targets and engagement metrics are met
Design and implement growth campaigns to boost platform visibility and user retention
Coordinate with regional and global teams to align business goals
Stay updated on trends in the live streaming industry, and adapt strategies accordingly
