Job Description / Responsibility:Lead, manage, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.Conduct regular meetings with the sales team to review performance, provide coaching, and share best practices.Identify training needs and facilitate continuous learning and development opportunities for the sales team.Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, ensuring high levels of engagement and morale.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, Field visit and closure of sales opportunities.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.Manage customer relationships, sales activities, and track performance metrics.Time to time report must be submitted to HoD. |
