Job Context:As the Executive- Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing strategies to enhance the hotel's online presence, drive website traffic, and increase bookings. You will play a crucial role in implementing digital marketing campaigns, managing online platforms, and analyzing data to improve marketing performance. This position requires a tech-savvy, creative, and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of online marketing tools and trends.Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive online marketing plans to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to the hotel's website.
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing.
Conduct keyword research and SEO analysis to enhance website rankings and organic traffic.
Create engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and email campaigns to attract and retain customers.
Monitor website analytics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of online marketing efforts.
Collaborate with the content team to ensure content is search engine optimized and aligns with online marketing strategies.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute online marketing campaigns and projects.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and industry best practices to implement innovative strategies.
Respond to customer inquiries received through online channels in a timely and professional manner.
Work closely with the reservations and sales team to align online marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Monitor online reviews and manage online reputation to enhance customer satisfaction and brand perception.
Develop and design visual content for digital platforms (website, social media, email marketing) and print media (brochures, flyers, banners).
Collaborate with the marketing team to produce creative assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Create visual concepts and mock-ups based on requirements provided by internal teams or clients.
Ensure designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and delivered within deadlines.
Maintain consistency in designs across all media platforms.
