• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Beverage

• Relevant experience in a café, coffee shop or similar food & beverage establishment (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of hot & cold coffee, mocktails, cakes, desserts and light café food.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain food quality and presentation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for food, coffee and customer service.

You will be part of preparing high-quality food, beverages and desserts, and help ensure excellent customer service.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Prepare and present a variety of café menu items (coffee, mocktails, cakes, desserts, sandwiches, light meals).
• Ensure consistent taste, quality and presentation.
• Manage kitchen operations, food preparation and plating.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Work with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.
WORKING HOURS - 10.5 hours per shift.SHIFT SYSTEM Shifts will be from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM.You will be assigned a 10.5-hour shift according to the duty roster.WORKING DAYS 6 days per week.
