• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase the company's visa service sales and revenue.
• Generate new visa customers through direct sales, telesales, referrals, networking, B2B partners, corporate contacts and market visits.
• Convert inbound leads received through phone, WhatsApp, social media, website, campaigns and walk-in inquiries into paid visa clients.
• Actively sell visa services for the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Schengen countries, Japan, South Korea, China, Singapore and other major destinations.
• Conduct professional sales consultations to understand customers' travel purposes and requirements.
• Explain visa service packages, professional fees, processing scope and related travel services clearly and accurately.
• Prepare quotations and follow up continuously with prospective clients until successful conversion or final closure.
• Handle price objections, competitor comparisons and other sales objections professionally.
• Develop new sales channels and identify potential markets for visa services.
• Build and maintain relationships with B2B travel agents, referral partners, corporate clients and individual customers.
• Generate own leads in addition to effectively converting company-provided leads.
• Develop referral business from existing and previous customers.
• Reactivate old inquiries and customer databases to generate additional sales.
• Plan and execute visa sales campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
• Monitor competitors, market demand, pricing and emerging visa-sales opportunities.
• Cross-sell air tickets, hotels, travel insurance, holiday packages and other relevant travel services to visa customers.
• Maintain a strong and updated sales pipeline with proper lead categorization and follow-up schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, quotations, conversions, lost leads, revenue and customer acquisition.
• Achieve assigned monthly visa sales, revenue, gross profit and customer acquisition targets.
• Monitor individual and team conversion rates and take corrective action where performance is below target.
• Supervise, guide and motivate Visa Sales Executives/Telesales team members where assigned.
• Conduct regular follow-up reviews with the sales team and ensure that no potential lead is left unattended.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management.
• Analyze lost sales and identify the reasons for non-conversion.
• Coordinate with the Visa Processing/Operations team after successful sales handover to ensure smooth customer service.
• Ensure that sales representatives provide customers with accurate information and never make unauthorized commitments or guarantee visa approval.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat and referral business.
• Take ownership of the overall growth of the assigned visa sales portfolio. |
