Responsibilities	We are hiring 30 Customer Service Executive for our night shift team based in Dhaka (Nikunja 1 & Khilkhet). The role is 100% online-based - no field work. You will handle customer conversations in real time through our support platform during overnight hours.Responsibilities:• Respond to customer queries via live chat in a fast, polite and professional manner • Handle multiple chat conversations at the same time while maintaining response time and quality standards Shift & Work Environment:• Night shift: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM — candidates must be comfortable working overnight on a regular basis • Work from office (Nikunja / Khilkhet), 6 days a week with rotating weekly off • Meal facility provided.
