Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire dyeing production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, fabrics inspection and timely delivery.
• Develop and implement dyeing production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet targets and customer requirements.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the dyeing team, including supervisors, operators, and support staff.
• Monitor and control the consumption of dyes, chemicals, water, and energy to optimize costs and reduce waste.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards throughout the dyeing process, from raw material inspection to finished fabric.
• Conduct root cause analysis for dyeing defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and standardize dyeing recipes and processes for various fabric types and customer specifications.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with the knitting, finishing, and merchandising departments to ensure smooth workflow and product consistency.
• Implement and maintain proper documentation for all dyeing processes, production records, and quality checks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to dyeing machines, processes, and chemical applications.
• Train and develop dyeing personnel on new technologies, processes, and safety procedures.
• Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, quality metrics, and resource utilization to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in dyeing technology, process efficiency, and product development.
• Manage inventory of dyes, chemicals, and auxiliaries, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely procurement.
• Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of dyeing machinery and equipment.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in dyeing technology and sustainable practices.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning within the dyeing department.
