The Incumbent should have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of work experience in a relevant position.At least 3 to 4 years for Software and 2 to 3 years for manual pattern in a reputed Woven Garments factory or Buying House.Basically, needs to know ladies, kids, tops, bottom, dress.Fluent in English in both oral & written, to work with Foreigners. Must have to know communication skills with foreign peoples. Able and willing to work under pressure.Good communication skills.Experiences in Lectra Software will be given preference.Required experience in Lectra (ModarisV7R2) Software. |

Pattern Design & Grading.Workout the most efficient consumption for all buyers' styles using CAD.Arrange style-wise pattern designing to ensure zero error cutting.Verify & check the patterns to ensure the accuracy of the measurements of the garments.Maintain CAD document archive and retrieval for projects CAD Software inventory.Able to check fitting samples on the dummy & make modifications pattern correctly.Able to check suppliers grading & modify shape to avoid size set rejection.Should know pattern Making/Grading/Cutting.Should Know Garments construction.Should able to do technical troubleshooting.Should have the ability to do fittings and solve fitting problems.To communicate with the merchandisers and buyers.To communicate with the local office for technical issues.To ensure the sample quality before sending it to the buyer.Any other job as assigned by the management from time to time. |
