Recruit and lead IT professionals to fulfill departmental needs.
Develop and implement IT policies and documentation standards.
Oversee digital learning platforms (e.g., Moodle, Google Classroom) with single sign-on access.
Ensure cybersecurity using Cisco and Fortinet tools.
Advise on IT strategy and innovation across the university.
Design and manage live streaming setups for media and academic events. Develop ERP systems and ensure IT service redundancy and security.
Lead IT audits and infrastructure management using VMware.
Act as moderator for Cisco Networking and VMware IT Academies.
Lead process re-engineering and automation of services.
