Responsibilities
:
Directly Working with Buyers on all Product Developments, Costing, Order Negotiations and Placements.Supervise, Coordinate and Lead a Merchandising team independently and should have vast knowledge on Woven Garments on Top/Bottom/Jacket.Work closely with the Design and Development Team to involve in bring Innovations and Sustainable Products to table.Manage Client-Accounts from Order inquiry to Shipment, Inventory & Supply-Chain Planning.Co-ordinates with Production Team to Deliver on time Shipment & ensure that Merchandisers are updating of Order status to Buyers.Design Packs/Development sample process for relevant seasons/ phases.Sourcing of Fabrics/Trims & Follow-up of Innovation Development.Price Negotiation and Cost Finalization with Customers and necessary coordination.Capacity Allocations and Production Follow-up.Shipment Process & Communications amongst Customers.Any other Responsibilities assigned by The Management.
