Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in:Accounts/FinancePreferably in the Import-Export sectorStrong understanding of financial operations and policy matters.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in English (oral and written); capable of drafting formal business letters.Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Well-versed in general computer operations and MS Office. |
| Responsibilities |

Responsibilities:Independently operate accounting software (Tally).Record and analyze financial data of the company.Process payroll transactions accurately and on time.Perform monthly bank reconciliations.Conduct financial forecasting and planning.Prepare financial reports for internal use, vendors, and regulatory authorities (e.g. Tax and VAT).Maintain all accounting books, registers, and ledgers.Post and adjust all types of accounting transactions.Verify all vouchers – payment, receipt, and journal – within the accounting system.Handle daily receipts and payments.Review daily expenditures, vouchers, requisitions, and transactions.Ensure proper documentation and client communication.Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management. |
