Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Goal-oriented and self-motivated personnel with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to effectively communicate through negotiation and consultative sales skills Has to be customer centric, adaptable and resilient
Need to have sound knowledge on sales strategies and industry dynamics
Proven sales experience of at least 1-3 years in FMCG sales, preferably in packaged food products
Ability to use sales force automation software
Having a smartphone is preferred
Ability to travel as per requirement

Responsibilities
:
Access category opportunities, convince and accurately capture retailers' sales orders & ensure stock pressure at the outlet as per company guidelines.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
Ensure product Availability, Visibility and quality within given route / geography.
Identify top retail/wholesale customers for the product category.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with the customers and become the most preferred sales officer to the retailer.
Ensure placement, maintenance & retention of Point of Sales Materials at the right place.
Monitor competitors' activities, market developments and report accordingly.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the delivery representative to ensure on time and in full delivery of the goods.
