Bachelor/Master's degree in Business Administration, Agricultural Science, Animal Nutrition, or related fields. MBL or degree in strategic/business leadership is an added advantage.

Must have experience in a leadership/ management role. Thorough knowledge of feed production, sales, and distribution.
