Workplace: On-siteJob Responsibilities:Serve clients/customers in the USA.Manage export & import delivery transport operations.Prepare and process shipping documentation (invoices, B/Ls, labels, customs forms).Create and manage Excel spreadsheets, pivot tables, graphs, and visual reports.Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to improve efficiency.Maintain accurate records of shipments, tracking numbers, delivery confirmations, and related costs.Implement quality control to reduce shipping errors and ensure customer satisfaction.Provide virtual executive support to overseas clients.Prior experience in Air/Sea Freight Forwarding will be prioritized. |
