| Responsibilities |

Supervise and manage various agricultural projects, including Dairy Farm, Poultry Farm, Fishery, and other related activities.Budgeting and maintaining accurate records,Experience in budget management and financial planning.Organizing sales and purchases of livestock, farm equipment, crops and agricultural products.Recruiting, training and supervising farm workers.Making sure that work is done safely and in time to meet targets and orders.Ensuring compliance with government regulations and health and safety standards.Knowledge of agricultural machinery and equipment maintenance.Keeping an up-to-date knowledge of pests and diseases management.Ensuring that the farm is profitable and meets projected financial targets.Organizing maintenance/repair of farm property, equipment and machinery.Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts related to agricultural operations.Develop and promote value-added Agro-products to enhance productivity and profitability. |
