The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between technical operations and customer requirements by ensuring quality production, developing innovative washing and dyeing techniques, and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and brands.This position demands a deep understanding of fabric processing, denim washing technologies, dyeing formulations, and market trends. The candidate must be capable of handling buyer communications, technical troubleshooting, product development, and leading cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.Job Responsibilities
Ensuring production planning, keeping communication with sister concern merchant and sub-contract representative to achieve planned production and maintaining good costing of the production with approved quality as per the buyer's specifications and On time delivery to meet the shipment schedule.
Develop and implement technical and marketing strategies to enhance factory performance and customer satisfaction in the dyeing and denim washing sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key buyers, brands, and marketing partners to ensure business growth and repeat orders.
Oversee R&D for new wash developments, dyeing recipes, and fabric finishing to meet changing market trends and customer requirements.
Defect % of Washing Production & Root cause analysis of any fault comes from washing and taking remedial action.
Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting production issues related to dyeing, washing, and finishing processes, ensuring quality, cost, and efficiency targets.
Prepare accurate product costing and negotiate with clients to finalize pricing, lead time, and technical specifications.
Ensure that all processes meet sustainability, environmental, and compliance standards required by global buyers and regulatory bodies.
Lead and guide the technical and marketing teams, promoting collaboration between production, merchandising, and quality assurance departments.
Analyze and optimize existing dyeing and washing operations to reduce cost, improve turnaround time, and ensure consistent quality.
Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to align marketing strategies.
Prepare periodic reports for senior management on business performance, customer feedback, new developments, and technical challenges.
Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.
Taking necessary action or inform the authority if any discrepancies happen.
