| Responsibilities |
: |
Directly working with buyers on all product developments, costing, order negotiations, and placements.Supervise, coordinate and lead a merchandising team independently and should have vast knowledge on woven garments (Top/Bottom/Jacket).Work closely with the design teams to involve in bring Innovations and sustainable products to table.Manage client accounts from order inquiry to shipment, inventory, and supply chain planning.Co-ordinates with production team to deliver on time shipment and ensure merchandisers are updating order status to buyer.Design packs/development sample process for relevant seasons/ phases.Sourcing fabrics/trims and innovation development follow-ups.Price negotiation and cost finalization with customers.Capacity allocations and production follow-ups.Shipment process & customer communications.Any other responsibilities assigned by the management. |
