Sales Operations & Lead Generation• Identify and qualify potential clients or sales leads through research and outreach.
• Assist with the complete sales process from initial contact to client onboarding and order processing.
• Maintain clear communication with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
• Update and manage customer records using the company’s database or CRM System.
Marketing Support & Campaigns• Assist in planning and executing promotional events, product launches, and field activations.
• Coordinate with internal teams or design agencies to distribute branding materials, leaflets, and digital content.
• Support social media activities and monitor online/offline marketing performance.
Market Research & Reporting• Conduct basic market research on competitor pricing, product offerings, and emerging trends.
• Track daily or weekly commercial activities and help prepare performance reports for management.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with senior team members to improve services.
