    Responsibilities :
  • Control Room Operator is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating Control Room policies and procedures, and performing Control Room daily operations.
  • The control room operator will ensure exemplary standards of security and customer/patient service are provided to the patients/ stakeholders/ employees/employers of the institution at all times.
    • Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform Control Room daily operations with high integrity and efficiency.
  • Receive all messages from different departments and process these messages to designated areas.
  • Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices.
  • Provide information to callers and direct them.
  • Transportation Management.
  • Maintenance Management.
  • Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary.
  • Answer questions about the organization and associated activities.
  • Secure everything at the Information and Services desk at the end of each shift.
  • Ability to work independently and make independent decisions.
  • In case of any emergency contact the administration office.
  • Any other task assigned by the authority.
