Other Requirement :
  • Age at least 30 years
  • 3–5 years’ proven experience in a commercial, accounting, or export role.
  • Strong knowledge of export documentation and LC handling.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Honest, responsible, energetic, and able to work independently.
  • Experience : 3 to 5 years
    Responsibilities : Accounts & Finance:
  • Maintain accurate accounts and financial records. Monitor day-to-day financial transactions and cash flow.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reconcile bank accounts.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
  • Work with external auditors, banks, and tax authorities.
  • Commercial & Export Documentation:
  • Prepare and manage commercial invoices, packing lists, LC documentation, and export-related compliance.
  • Communicate with freight forwarders, banks, and customs to ensure smooth shipment and clearance.
  • Manage export orders, follow-up production status, and coordinate dispatch.
  • Banking & LC Operations:
  • Open, amend, and monitor Letters of Credit (LC).Handle bank correspondence and ensure all documentation meets compliance.
  • Follow up with buyers and banks regarding payments and remittances.
  • Office Administration:
  • Supervise day-to-day office operations and staff coordination.
  • Maintain records, files, and company correspondence.
  • Assist management in various administrative tasks.
  • Reporting & Communication:
  • Prepare periodic reports for management and suggest improvements.
  • Act as a key point of contact for buyers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
  • Communicate professionally with international clients when required.
