Job Summary: Fortress Developments Ltd., a reputed name in the real estate sector, is hiring a highly disciplined and vigilant Security In-Charge to lead and manage overall security operations across residential and construction project sites. Candidates with a Military Police (MP) background will be given priority due to their specialized experience in discipline, investigation, and security protocols.Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead the entire security team (day and night shifts)
Ensure strict control at all gates, perimeters, and sensitive zones
Conduct regular security briefings, drills, and inspections
Handle incidents professionally, with proper reporting and escalation
Oversee CCTV monitoring systems
Maintain every project visitor logs, entry permits, and guard schedules
Coordinate with local law enforcement when required
Implement and ensure compliance with internal safety & security protocols
