Responsibilities
:
Strategically establish production lines incorporating innovative conveyor-type assembly, robotic welding shops, electro-deposition lines (ED), powder coating, machine shop, dedicated to frame assembly, and an assembly line for motorcycles equipped with Dynamometer vehicle testing equipment.
Establish the operational framework for the plant, starting from the initial greenfield project phase through achieving commercial operation.
Proficient in executing tool room operations and skilled in the fabrication of sheet metal/tube components, including body frames, body panels, and related parts. Experienced in the production of die-cast and plastic molding components (optional).
Create systems and procedures designed to monitor and enhance productivity and standards. Establish metrics and performance targets to ensure a proficient return on assets.
Leading initiatives to achieve excellence by effectively aimed at cost savings and process improvement in areas such as productivity, safety, process redesign, quality enhancement, and reduction of consumable costs.
Enhanced reliability through a proactive strategy for capacity improvement, along with predictive and preventive maintenance for plant and machinery.
Leading a significant transformation as a key team member, with a primary role in managing critical operations and spearheading new initiatives, all while achieving a Zero Accident Goal.
Possessing advanced expertise in achieving cost savings through Value Engineering and Import Substitution, as well as optimizing Inventory Control through standardization.
Effectively overseeing and coordinating on-the-job training, fostering knowledge enhancement and skill development through tailored training programs, and establishing individual and group targets.
