  • 10-12 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HR operations and management. At least 5 years in an HR manager role with a focus on team management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of payroll systems, leave management, and employment regulations.
  • Strong expertise in HR software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.

  • Role Overview:The Manager of HR Operations is a strategic leader responsible for the execution of all HR operational functions within the organization. This role focuses on enhancing employee experience and optimizing HR processes, including recruitment, payroll management, leave administration, and employee relations. By leveraging HR technology and data analytics, the Manager ensures that the HR department efficiently meets the needs of the organization and its employees.Core Responsibilities:Recruitment Process:
  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job analysis, postings, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Payroll Management:
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, compliance with applicable laws, and the integrity of payroll data.
  • Review and validate payroll reports, attendance records, and leave balances for accuracy.
  • Leave Management:
  • Establish and maintain leave management policies in compliance with labor laws.
  • Monitor leave requests ensuring proper documentation and consistent application of policies.
  • Employee File Maintenance:
  • Ensure employee records are complete, up-to-date, and stored securely in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Manage the documentation process, including filing and archiving personnel records.
  • Employee Support Services:
  • Act as a primary contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and services.
  • Provide timely support and guidance to employees to enhance their experience and resolve HR-related issues.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation for all HR processes and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Generate reports and analytics to monitor HR metrics and inform strategic decisions.
  • HR Software Management:
  • Implement and manage HR software systems to enhance operational efficiency and employee self-service capabilities.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on HR systems and tools to ensure effective utilization.
