At least 3 years’ experience within a development organization in Child Protection/GBV or General Protection program.
Most relevant areas of experience for this position include:
Experience in running recreational and psychosocial activities for children and familiar with community-based approaches to GBV and case management systems.
Experience in interviewing and reporting on development works.
Experience in documenting, analysing, and summarising qualitative data.
Experience in providing/ facilitating training, meetings.
Good working knowledge of using MS Office and the internet.

This includes managing and supervising Officer – Social Work, Community Mobilizers, Case Workers, Cleaners and Guards in the respective locations.He or she will lead community engagement initiatives, women's and adolescent groups, awareness sessions on GBV and protection issues, and psychosocial support activities. The position will also focus on capacity building, coordination, and strengthening referral pathways under the supervision of the Senior Officer – Protection. Coordination with partner organizations and provision of technical support will be essential responsibilities.Contract Type: Fixed Term Regular (till 31 May 2027)
