:
Nature of Job: Project Staff.Job Purpose: Support to the effective implementation of the Project Activities in UCEP Bangladesh through SCB funded Futuremakers project at regional level in line with UCEP Bangladesh’s values, vision, mission, goals and relevant country laws.Job Responsibilities :
To provide necessary support for effective implementation of the SCB Futuremakers Project.
To ensure proper documentation both electronic and hard copies of all records.
To provide necessary support and cooperation for implementing the project intervention as per target.
To contribute implementation of training i.e Classroom base, Workplace base, EDT and WWM training.
To develop an annual work plan to ensure proper functioning of the project.
To facilitate events, workshops, capacity development, curricula, module/ materials development process.
To support the development of CBLM, CSLB and other necessary materials and reports.
To assist in ensuring project quality in line with project guidelines/agreement.
To support assessment of trainees as NTVQF approach through industry persons.
To assist in providing feedback to the Regional Management, Head of TVET Institute and other relevant personnel for improving project quality and assist in hosting various visits.
To assist in developing and following up the process of training evaluation.
To regularly visit programs at the field level and share/use the finding for program quality improvement.
To assist in planning, coordinating and facilitating capacity development of project staffs.
To provide support in job-placement and community mobilization programs.
To maintain training records and other relevant documentation and preparing various reports.
To maintain strict confidentiality of information, documents and other internal and external communications.
Promote and contribute to ongoing efforts towards gender equity & equality, child/staff protection & safeguard, inclusiveness, accessibility and discrimination free environment in the workplace.
To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.
